Can I get a copy of previous tax returns?

I submitted tax returns a few years back, stupidly didn't keep a copy, I've asked Revenue for copies twice in the last few months to check figures, Ive asked in writing and on the phone and haven't received anything, am I entitled to a copy of my returns???
 
As I said before, I've already tried: 2 letters and 2 phone calls in the last 6 motnhs. I tried ringing today..the automated answering machine...so I chose "my correspondence", and its broken - "there is a problem with this....please try again later" type recording - tried other options but none lead to an actual person. Tried sending an email later in the afternoon so how long should I wait for an email reply.
 
You need to send a registered letter. Registered letters go to the urgent/must do pile. All others go in the bin :).
