Can I buy out the other half of mortgage

So have joint mortgage with my now ex bought for €174000 in 2010 Can't stay living together it's so stressful but only option atm Would it be feasible for me to buy them out I work full time and earn around €35000 gross

It will depend on a number of factors.
The outstanding mortgage?
Will your ex let you buy him out?
What is the property worth now? I'm guessing its worth more than it was in 2010. Will your ex expect to get half of the current market value?
