Can he claim SW for other days of the week?

Hi all my Dh has just been offered a part time job it will be more than likely 4 days a week but one of those days is a sunday.

Because SW operates on a 6 day week not including sunday can he claim for the other 3 days even though he is working 4.

I might be wrong but my hubby has just been put on a four day week.

in order to get his sw he has to work 3 days one week 5 days the next.....if he does a 4 day week he doesnt get the sw.

Yes, but the OP works on Sunday. For SW purpsoies, he is working three days (The fourth day being a Sunday)
