Thank you for both answers. It's a company Limited by Guarantee (without a Share Capital) as far as I know. If I'm wrong I will correct this. It's a non-profit organisation and has a Board of Directors as I said above, where all members are volunteers-they can't do any paid work for the company. The problem is that if Asylum Seekers can't work in Ireland than is there anything else they can't do, for example if she/he was nominated as a Treasurer could he/she make financial decisions (relating to the company). The person (Asylum Seeker) is very well educated and would be very valuable for the company.
