Can anyone tell me if the new Aldi store in Claremorris, Co. Mayo is open yet?

passed by it today and sign is up and parkinf spaces are marked so looks pretty near ready.
The sooner the better as Super Valu needs some competition they have really let things slip in Claremorris, half empty shelves, lots of own brands missing, same excuse every time either they are stock taking or waiting for a delivery
 
My thoughts exactly - Tesco probably will open around the same time....

Don't know about the opening date, but according to their map on the flyers that they clutter up the newspapers with, they seem to think that Claremorris is somewhere in Co.Galway or Co. Clare.
 
It will open on thursday 5th April 2007 at 0900 according to the sign outside it.
