Can anyone recommend someone to sand down old floor boards

I'm looking for someone to sand down the floor boards in the sitting room and up the stairs and varnish the floor boards afterwards.
Has anyone got a similar job done and if so could you recommend someone?

The house was built around 1900's so it has nice old floorboards.
I'm based in Dublin 8

Hi i'm also in D8 in an old victorian house. Had ours done by Able Flooring about 2 yrs ago and they did a good job. 3 companies quoted a very similar figure for price, but this lot were in and out in 1 day to do about 800 sq ft, and started the job very soon after i gave the nod. I recommended them to a friend who was also happy enough.

I've no affiliation with them other than as a happy customer and you'll find them in the golden pages.
 
I was in a friend's house yesterday and he had his floorboards redone recently by EV Kidd (i see their vans around). They looked really lovely.
 
I have had my floors sanded and varnished by David Barnes 0862938658 I have recommended him to some AAM posters who have used him.
No problems yet.
