They did our website last year, and have been very helpful since, with fast support for any queries, and issues. Based in Mullingar, but they came and met with us in Dublin to discuss our needs, on a couple of occasions.
I'd recommend looking at sites similar to what you want to achieve, and if you like one, see who built it, and ask them for a quote.
