Health Insurance Can anyone help with health insurance guidance?

I have my health insurance renewal coming up on April 5th.

Because of above I'm self employed and low income so I need to be really focussed on making sure my costs are as low as possible.

I would appreciate any help on giving me a better/ similar option to what I already have. I may be over insured??
I have used the HIA tool but I get really confused about the plans it shows - excesses, stuff not covered etc. So I cant focus or decide.
Here are our details:

Name of Plan:
2 x Adults - 4D Health 2
1 x kid (16) and one just turned 18 - they are on Nurture Plan ILH

This plan renewal costs are propsed as follows:

€2128.75 per adult per year (there is tax relief off this of €190 but my earnings are so low that Im not sure this is a benefit)
My 18 year old will be €865.82
My 16 year old will be €333.17

These are gross figures.
Gross total €5456.49
Net total after tax relief (if that applies) is €4,918.30

I would appreciate any help/ feedback that anyone has.


Changes to this plan:

Gym / PT / physio no longer included

Excess €150 for room, €75 for day case.

Inpatient Consultant fees and Inpatient Scans are fully covered
