Can anybody recommend an independent repair service for Puraflo (Kildare area)

I have a Puraflo system & BnM are driving me mad. They now don't even respond when you try to log a fault. I've been unable to find any independent repair contractors for the system. Has anybody come across any?

Does Bórd na Móna not offer a list of approved service agents for their systems?
