going away in a camper van next thurs to limerick city,is there anywhere safe to park ,e.g camper park,quite residential area,quite layby for 1 or 2 nights,will be in city at daytime.
you could try Curraghchase, its about 12 miles outside limerick on the Foynes road - not sure if its open at this time of year to campers but it is during the summer. alternatively you might just park up in the Raheen Ind estate - some of the international truckers do that on the cul-de sac's. There is also the 24 Hour Dunnes on the ennis road.
I would second the recommendation for the raheen industrial estate, I see loads of trucks parked up around here. Or maybe the crescent shopping center beside the side entrance for tesco's.
