Bought a great camera 10 days ago. When the battery ran low a few days ago I tried to charge it and it doesn't appear to charge.
Clearly I need to go back to the shop to sort it out.
Presumably they won't offer me a new camera but will seek to repair it. I have a few events coming up in the next couple of weeks that I will want to capture on camer and therefore don't want to be without my camera for those weeks.
Couple of questions -
-If it's not a simple question of a faulty battery (hope it is) do I have any right to new camera and not a repair?
-If they send it for repair what is a reasonable time for it to be away?
-Any chance of a replacement camera while they are working on my faulty camera?
