Is there any of those cheap prefixes still about that one can use or are they now all blocked ?

I found its as simple as ringing up customer services, i use / prefer CheapChat. Only had issues with the 1530 935 304 number, rang Vodaphone and they sorted it out straight away.

If a phone company like Smart blocked them wouldnt it be considered breach of competition laws?

i use onetel and find it very reasonable especially calls to USA www.onetel.com
