Would Taxi driver or potential taxi drivers consider renting a car with plate instead of purchasing.How much would you be willing to pay. .

Are you trying to establish the potential cost of renting a plate, or looking for others to share the rental?

just trying to establish, how much Taxi drivers are will to pay to hire a plate with the car. And following on from that why type they prefer.
 
I won't say market research. Just a taught provoking exercise see what comes back, with a view to maybe having a business.
 
Plenty of Taxi Drivers rent an "all-in package" instead of buying. All you need to do is look in the Evening Herald any evening in the Taxi section of the classifieds.
