Calculating Gross Pay for part of a month

I started employment on 10th March - can somebody tell me what % of my gross monthly pay I should receive for March ?

I would think 75% as you worked 3 of the 4 weeks. It may be a touch higher because Monday 31st is in the following week, but against that Good Friday is not an 'official' public holiday, so they balance out.
