Calculating 12 months after end of notice period - complicated by Covid

Does anyone know how to calculate where the 12 months end after notice was given during Covid restrictions? Tenant was given notice in Oct 2020. This meant leaving date was in April 2021. Covid restrictions were brought in so notice was put on hold. This extended the notice period until June 2021. Tenant left in January 2021, 3 months after notice was given so well before end of original notice period. Does the 12 months start from January, April, June or potentially even later as I think there was another hold put on the notice period at a later date? Where could this be checked?

I think the OP has given tenant notice to quit.

But if your tenant has left, I'm not sure I see what the problem is?

Maybe it is to increase rent in a rpz.

Property has to be vacant 24months.

As for notice, I would assume that any notice a landlord gives is the maximum notice once the minimum term is up and a tenant can leave without penalty at any point within the notice period
