I bougth a flat in Belfastfor £92000 in July 1999,I lived there until April 2001.It was rented until it was sold for £128000 in september 2004. Since April 2001 I have woorked as aself-empolyed person in Co.Meath.I pay my vat and tax in the South.Who and when do I pay C.G.T and how much?
