Buying used car - possibly involved in recall

Hi,
I am buying a used car (Toyota) from a dealership soon. I did a check on motorcheck.ie and found that the car could possibly have been involved in 2 recalls. My questions are:
1) How do I determine if it was actually involved in the recalls?
2) If it was actually involved in the recalls, how do I confirm that the car was actually brought in by the owners to be checked out and got the fault repaired?

they are all logged by toyota, toyota will tell you if its been brought in.. they have nothgin to hide as its in there interest to do that type of work the dealers get paid for it

I bought a Toyota that previously had a recall, I sent the chassis number to Toyota Ireland who confirmed the work had been done.
