Buying Sterling - Projected Forex & UK High Interest Savings accounts

I'm a UK national and as such have the opportunity to take advantage of the good forex rate and open a UK based high interest account.

I was wondering if anyone knew of projections on the exchange rate to help my speculations and also if anyone had any info on good high interest accounts available in the UK at the moment.

Why do you think that any projections will bear any relation to reality as it eventually transpires? Sounds like a crazy of attempting to make money in my opinion. Currency speculation is risky at the best of times. A retail investor attempting it is up against even more odds.
