Buying some Dollars - Options?

I am heading to the U.S in December and want to buy some dollars now because I am afraid that the dollar is going to get stronger in the next couple of months. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what's the most cost effective way of buying some dollars while still getting the current rate. Thanks in advance.

they seem to only provide transfers to accounts, how does one go about getting the actual dollars?
