Try Revolut. I have been using that with a standard account. Allowed one no commission trade per month and a small fee if more than one. I find it very easy but if you need do a lot of trading then theres better options.

N26 also offer account holders the option to purchase shares. I haven't used it so can't comment on how useful it is.
