Buying property in Nessebar, Bulgaria

Was thinking about buying an appartment in Sunnybeach Bulgaria but have had too many bad reports on the place. Does anyone know whether buying in Nessebar would be a better idea, or should I stay well clear of it all? Any advice would be much appreciated!

miacas..im in the process of buying a villa in the vineyards development outside Nessbar at the moment and have paid my 1k reservation fee.

i have been looking into it for a long time now, including a trip 3 months ago and will be goin over next week to close the deal..all the villas gone now but this development also has loads of apartments for sale....
