Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is in the right section or not but I'm looking for some information on shopping for Organic Fruit and Veg. Over the last year or so, I've struggled with finding good Organic (fresh) fruit and veg in Supermarkets.

Anyway, I came across this online this morning and am wondering if anyone has used them, and if so, how did you find them?

Thank you!

There really is no relationship between the concept of "organic" and "fresh".

This is why people are conned by organic food. They claim it tastes better and is good for you. But when you control for freshness, there is no difference.

Fresh food tastes better than stale food. Concentrate on looking for fresh food, whether it is organic or ...inorganic.

^^ +1 Brendan.

According to the website:
1. It's Healthy
2. Organic food tastes better
3. No Nasty Additives

All very subjective, possibly with the exception of 3.

Whatever about healthy, its certainly pricey:

If you are in Dublin, we use a home delivery company called Home Organics ([broken link removed]) who deliver Vegatable boxes.

Not sure if it's what you are looking for but for me it took the hassle out of trying to figure out what veg to buy, while also getting local, in season veg.
