Buying online in Euro or Dollar

A website lists its prices in dollars and Euro- the dollar price is far cheaper than the euro (you can elect to change the currency). Can I order in dollars if I want i.e am I entitled to purchase in dollars even though I live in Ireland?

Its an Irish website FWIW
 

Yeah dont see why not i always use this option if its going to work out cheaper.
