buying off the plans

well folks

I am looking to buy a house off the plans in Limerick, I was wondering where I might find info on new developments around Limerick city. I have looked up myhome.ie but they do not give any results. Should I contact the main estates directly or is there somewhere online that I can search.

I would be interested to know how many of you (like myself) thought initially you would be buying 'off the plans' - only to find that when it came to the contract there were no plans!
