B barryg Guest 2 Mar 2008 #1 Recently setuo a ltd copmany and reg for vat, just bought laptop on a website from the uk. when i used my vat number they didnt charge vat? do i not pay the vat and then claim it back? Will i get charged the vat later ? Thanks in advance BARRY

You should really be asking your accountant but because there's no VAT there are no VAT receipts for goods purchased from UK based suppliers.
