Buying into lithium

Does anyone know how I can buy this lithium mining co. Looked at it over xmas and now again today. Damm!

I use KeyTrade an excellent online broker in Belgium and this stock can be bought through them as they also give access to the American exchanges including Canada. They charge a commission of CAD$ 39.95 per order on this exchange.
