- impressed with the small friendly setup selling low milage cars. They have good experience in Ireland. I think you should be able to negotiate over the garage warranty as it would be pretty useless in Ireland. Better to have your own inspection done by the AA or RAC for peace of mind.
You could try look at sites like www.cargiant.ie. They have lots of Irish customers and the buying process seems to be simple. They are very close to Heathrow and have a massive choice. As for negotiation pointers there are none. You pay the price you see. I would be wary about garages arranging to meet you at the ferry. Much better to walk in to a showroom and walk away if all is not to your satisfaction and go elsewhere.
