Buying in Louisa Park (Leixlip)

I am thinking about buying an investment apartment in the Louisa Park complex in Leixlip.

Does anyone know of recent past sale prices of 2 bedroom (regular) and 2 bedroom (duplex) apartments?

What is the rental demand like?

Is the complex still well maintained?

Any other info would be great
