Buying House - Recommend a Surveyor

hi Guys - We have just gone sale agreed and the next step I suppose is to get a surveyor in to inspect the house.

Can anyone suggest a good reasonable surveyor in the Dublin area.

I have used someone to get an exemption cert for the house I'm selling but found the price very expensive for a very quick job.

I recently used Kelleher & Associates based in Dublin 4 to survey an apartment. The fee was €250 including VAT and they provided a timely service and comprehensive report, as far as is possible in an apartment block.
