Buying house in Poland. Need to convert Euro in Irish Bank

So I’ve a 6 figure lump sum in an Irish bank I intend to use to buy a house in Poland so need to convert it to zloty. I live in Poland.
So what’s the best method to do this? I used currencyfair with these transactions before and they were good but this is more money so more risk.

I imagine you will pay a lot more with your bank for the transaction.

You could split it into smaller amounts if you are worried.
