We live at the end of a road and would like to buy about 15-20sq. foot thats infront of our house anyone got any idea how we would go about buying it? its in a private area and wouldn't cause any infringement on others we assume the council own it ! thanks
like any marketable commodity, you need to find out who owns it and if it is possible to purchase....
15 - 20 sq ft is tiny..... about the size of a small en-suite..... how could it possible be of use to you???
from experience i would just say that marking a land registry map for that transfer would be horrendous....
