buying car in UK

Anyone know if you buy a car in the uk and bring it bakc what charges you have to pay bringing it back in.
I'm trying to figure out if it is worth my while buying a car over there as they are much cheaper. But my just pay the savings all back in VRT etc.
 
This has been discussed before but I can't find the relevant topics. might be useful though.

Retail Ireland 32k


Nice saving.

Saving isnt so much on smaller cars though
