I am interested in purchasing in apartment in Marina D'or ([broken link removed]) in Valencia ,Spain and it's intended to be an investment. I wanted to ask if buying now and in the area is good choice. Is there any problems with renting the apartment or selling it later?
You have obviously done no research into the Spanish market. There are hundreds of thousands of unsold new builds on the coast. Rentals ?. Forget it. Capital growth ?. Buying & selling costs mean you need to see an increase of 15-20% to break even. Investment !!!!. If you want to buy for your own use, fine, but go for a resale. There are vsome desperate sellers out there.
Not a mention of a price in the advertisement. Give us your details and we'll contact you directly.
You must be joking. The last thing you want is some commission driven salesman trying to flog you an appartment and bombarding your address with junk mail.
Had a look at "Our developments" on the same site. Ballymun in the Sun would be an appropriate name for some of them. I wouldn't touch most of them even if they were giving them away.
