I am looking to buy an apartment in Budapest to live in. I was looking in districts Vi and VII mainly, apart from lawyer fees and the stamp duty on the apartment are there any other fees or costs that I should factor into my budget? How long does it usually take for a sale of property to come through? Any advice anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.
