buying a house with parents from d uk

hi just a quick question!!! i'm wondering how to go about purchasing a house in ireland with the inlaws from the uk!!!
situation at the moment, we have a small two bed house 2 children (boy n girl) inlaws visit quite often but have to get bed n breakfast accommodation as we have no room to put dem up! dey want to purchase over here but wud prefer if we all went together to buy a bigger house e.g mayb a 5bed house which we'll live in n they will stay while there over!!! we'll obviouly sell d house we currently live in (hopefully)

Can they get a mortgage with us in order to do this???
