Not a lot?? This would be the craziest time to buy to let imho. Interest rates quite possibly going to rise again soon, lack of renters when lots of the Eastern Europeans go home especially with all the loss of jobs in constructions, quite possibly income tax rates going up in the budget, need I go on?
Prices are hardly likely to rise above what they are now either with all due respect so where does the capital gain you would probably be better off sticking your excess cash in some ofthehigh interest rate deposit/savings a/cs surely.
