I work for a property agency in Paris selling leasebacks, holiday homes etc.
A new investment type had arrived on my desk - buy the restaurant, creche area etc on the site and lease it to the management company for a return of 8%.
I would be grateful for anyones help on this. What sort of questions need to be asked about this investment? Would this sort of thing appeal to people? Open to any thoughts, criticisms of the investment etc...
