I am trying to set up a business and with little experience and not knowing where to get memorandum of association should I use one of the on-line business set-up company's?

If you go to any of the company formation agents, they should be able to put the whole package together for a small fee, its only around €250 - €300, if memory serves.

Memorandum

Visit vision-net.ie , Register, choose 2 companies inn the field that your proposed business is in. It's always good to see how those already in the industry are doing. Download their accounts and download their memorandums.

The memorandum is mouthing more than a template with one paragraph changed to give a few lines on what the proposed company does.

For under 10 euro you will get an insight into others in your field and have your memorandum. Its mot complicated.

There are a lot of sites like the one above, I just happen to thin they've done a great job with making it easy to navigate.
