Business or personal banking

Small business venture between 2 of us that want to turn a hobby into maybe something more. Small money to start off. Had been using own bank accounts for anything but time to move away from that now so for manageability whats the best way to do this.

A personal joint account?
A business bank account?
Are there more charges with business or personal?
Don't need loans and don't currently envisage needing one either in the short term. It'll basically be a few hundred a month coming in and same going out again.

The right way to do it is a business account in the name of the business. Your business income should be segregated from your personal income and in the name of the business.

Business accounts do have higher fees than personal accounts. It is common for business accounts to come with a free period for 1-2 years at the start.
