Hi all,
I was told today by my boss that he was not renewing the lease on the pub/restaurant due to not being able to agree new terms ( his lease is up at the end of the month). He is leaving Ireland to pursue a new venture.
I have worked for him for 5 years and am wondering if i can claim redundancy ?
