Hello,
just wondering if anyone has this info off the top of their heads before I embark on a quest with the bank. I just noticed on my fee statement that every standing order incurs a fee of 24c, that's ok but they also apply a 15c charge with each standing order as it's paid. Is that standard or am I being charged twice? I'd appreciate any info, it's usually quicker here so, thanks in advance.
