4 and 7, though I think their only stop on O'Connell Street is right at the top (Parnell Sq end) the other stop is on O'Connell Bridge, you get off in Ballsbridge and walk down.
Your other option is to walk to either Connolly or preferably Tara and get DART to Landsdowne Road station.
