Burglar alarms

hi - I want to change the code on my house alarm... but not sure how to... on the keypad it says press 5 to change code... I have tried this to no avail... the bell box outside has HS written on it... I have searched for such a company but can't find anything... the alarm box in the hotpress says AIRTECH but I can't find anything on that either.

anyone got any suggestions?

You will need the engineers code to change codes, not just the standard user code. I have manuals for Aritech's CS350, I can PM you the default engineer code if you like.
