Bulk SMS provider

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good basic service provider for bulk text messaging?
I am involved in a sports club and we have a requirement to send approximately 300 text messages per week to members/supporters etc.
I currently use my O2 free text messages per month, but as soon as I have sent the 250 free, I am getting charged between 9c-11c + VAT for each text after that.
