Hi Team

I am planning to procure an investment home in Bulgaria.

Has anyone any experience in buying a foreign investment particularly in Bulgaria, and any loop holes that I may avoid.

Hi Declan - Perhaps you outline the basis of your analysis that led you to conclude that Bulgarian residential property is the best investment option open to you, other posters may be able to help you tease out any 'loopholes' in your analysis.
