Bulgaria - Crystal Spa

I have recently put a deposit on a development near Varna called Crystal Spa. (€100k for a 2 bed apt) Have read a number of the posts on Bulgaria & I'm un-nerved to say the least! Does anybody know anything about this particular development?

It appears that it's up in the hills close to a village called Rogachevo (about 15 minutes drive to the coast and about 20 minutes to varna).

Don't worry too much. You should be able to get 50k for it in a few years, no problem!
