Couple of questions ...
I have a mortgage with First Active which is just under 100k left to pay ... My wife has been given a gift of land from father to rear of his house in Dublin west which we have accuired planning permission to build a 3 bed dormer on for about 170k ... We plan on living in new property and renting out our current 3 bed (approx value 365k) which isn't far from Clonee ...
1) Should we rent or sell property in Clonee ?
2) What kind of loan should I try for ?
2) Would there be a problem topping up my current mortgage and how would payments for direct labour be made, if we get it, upon certification of stages ?
