Building Extension and renovating

Hi All,

Looking for guidance on works that we plan on getting done.

We want to build extension to rear of home 20ft x 15ft (New Kitchen)
Re-wire house
upgrade oil boiler and tidy up plumbing
put insulated plasterboards on all external walls.
New Bathroom 10ft x 7ft (downstairs only bathroom)

Anyone have a rough idea on costs including all fittings etc, We would be looking for a fairly standard finish.

Anyone know what type of budget I should be aiming for ?

Thanks guys i've had a few quotes and i am confused about the bank wanting one builder to carry out all works from start to finish. Problem i have is that ive found a good company to do the major work but they don't fit out bathrooms and kitchens etc. Any ways to get around this with the bank?
