Building a Sjodalshus - Swedish House

Hi,

I was wondering if any one here has experience in building a Sjodalshus?
We're very interested in building one and would like some advise and tips regarding building one. We have a few questions:
- What are the costs in total?
- Is it fixed price or can you expect other costs as well regarding the build?
- Do you need to self build or are builders supplied?
- What is the overall experience in living in a Sweidsh House?
- Is there room for own ideas or are the plans not open for interpretation?

I emailed them a couple of times now to get some answers, but haven't got a reply back yet. I googled further and found this forum, so I just posted this to see if I could get some answers from home owners.
