Builder who uses SF88 contract

Can anyone recommend a builder in Dublin who will use an SF88 contract for building a house extension.

I would be suprised if any builder refused to carry out a project on the basis of an off the shelf contract. As the Client you should note that the SF88 is not the best contract to be using as the contract conditions are minimal in terms of protection and requirements. You really need to ensure that your specification and drawings are fully detailed.
